Bounce rate is the percentage of visitors who enter the site and bounce (leave the site) rather than continue viewing other pages within the same site. We look at some of the ways to reduce the bounce rate in your site and achieve optimum conversion.

Slow website can destroy your reputation. Slow websites reduce the interest of the visitors and ends up with high bounce rate. So it becomes important to ensure your website has a good loading speed. Try to use minimum plugins, and always delete an unused plugin if you are using wordpress.
